Your Itininary
Day 1: OUARZAZATE
After arriving at Ouarzazate airport, meet our team and you will be carried to your hotel to have a welcome dinner.
Day 2: OUARZAZATE – FOUM ZGUID – ERG CHEGAGA
Set off on your venture trail through Taznakht, Siroua mountain range, down to Foum Zguid for lunch then into the desert. Come into contact with the Sahara after following a path through Irigui lake up the Chegaga grand dunes (300m high and 40 km long). You will be amazed looking at your first sunset in the desert before ending the day with fun animation Sahara songs then enjoy dinner before camping within dunes under a canopy of stars.
Day 3: ERG CHEGAGA – M`HAMID
Today, make your way through the oasis, Hamadan and desert towards Mhamid, break the ride with lunch in an authentic hotel between palm trees towering over the region. Use some free to explore further M`hamid, or stay inside to refresh in the swimming pool. Later in the evening, feast on a locally made dinner and relax for the night in your hotel.
Day 4: M`HAMID – ERG LIHOUDI
Jump the back of your camel and ride the path that leads to Erg Lihoudi. Once you settle down, tuck in a local lunch in your tent, or seize the free time to walk to the top of the stunning dunes waiting for a gorgeous sunset to show up beautifully on the horizon. Enjoy your second night in the camp.
Day 5: ERG LIHOUDI – ZAGORA - TAZZATINE
Today, turn back to the palm groves with a first stop in the once religious centre Tamegroute for a visit of the Koranic library and see the green pottery workshop unique to the region. Afterwards, carry on and have a pause for lunch in the birthplace of Saadians and that is Zagora city. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to visit an interesting fossil site, then end the night with a dinner and overnight in your hotel
Day 6: TAZZATINE – TAMNOUGALT - OUARZAZATE
This morning, leave Tazzarine behind for a drive toward Nkob where you will have some time seeing Kasbahs then a visit of the lush Daraa valley after leaving for Agdz to check some nice-looking Kasbahs in Tamnougalt. Back to Ouarzazate later in the afternoon where dinner will be served.
Day 7: OUARZAZATE
Today, your whole day is free at leisure in Morocco`s little Hollywood ` Ouarzazate`. Stroll in the city and go see some studios, and the former home of the Pacha Glaoui family `Taourirt Kasbah`. Use the afternoon for a visit of the nearby Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, which was classified by Unesco as a universal world heritage site.
Day 8: DEPARTURE
Free time, then a private transfer to the airport, we will keep assisting you until you board the flight.
