Desert Camp in Erg Chigaga, M`hamid

Erg Chegaga (or Chigaga) and its golden sandy dunes are located at an altitude of 300m, have a pleasant time in the heart of this captivating place in a desert camp highly recommended for adventurers seeking after the Sahara in 4x4 or on the back of a camel. Chigaga camps are nestled 60km away from the village of M`hamid, to get there, keep Banni mountain on your right, and follow the path on the right at the exit of the village. Once you reach the place, you will spot tents settled among hills of sand.
Nomads who wander the area are among the last natives who still live there. Water points and plants they leave behind confirm their existence.

Desert Camp in Erg Lihoudi, Tagounite

A few kilometres from the village of Tagounite where this camp is based, to reach the cosy tents, take the path on your right and continue to Erg Lihoudi. For a charming sunset and sunrise view, climb up the massive dunes and admire the scenery.
